What I just did and worked moderately well is select in the browser window just the post portion (shift + arrow works when the mouse gives up) and right-click, Print Selection... in Firefox. Not 100% in terms of pagination, but good enough. More on reddit.com

Yes they allow exporting of posts, subscriber list and other data points related to content. Just go to setting page and click on Exports in the left navigation bar. This will generate and download the content as a zip file.

The short answer is: No. The substack export does not pull images or mp4 resources from substack. I am looking into creating such a tool--there may be one out there I haven't found yet... I am considering trying to create such a tool.

They don't let you. Best you can do is see what you can glean from the Export tool data and also if data is in a table, you can try to copy and paste into a spreadsheet. Other than that, we'll have to wait and see if they make it easier.
